Job Title- Program Manager (Non-IT) III

Location- San Francisco, CA / San Jose, CA (3 days onsite)

Pay rate- $60-67 / hr on W2. (NO C2C)

Position- 1

Position Type- Contract (till Dec 2026)

Interview- 2 Rounds

About role :

  • This position combines traditional DesignOps support with significant procurement responsibilities. The role supports our Design organization across North America (Bellevue, Portland, San Francisco, Toronto, and New York) and Europe, focusing on four key areas : procurement and vendor management (25%), operations and documentation, enablement and tooling, and programming support.
  • The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Design Operations, Procurement Operations, or Program Coordination, with strong Figma administrative experience.
  • While this is not a design program management role, candidates with operational experience combining program coordination and execution are welcome.
  • The position reports to the Design Operations Program Manager and requires close collaboration with DesignOps, IT, Procurement, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead procurement processes (25%) including vendor onboarding, PR / PO management, and SaaS tool implementation.
  • Manage design tooling administration, particularly Figma co-administration and other design applications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional operations with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams.
  • Maintain operational documentation and communication channels.
  • Support design community programming and internal events across multiple design hubs.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in Design Operations, Procurement Operations, or Program Coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience with procurement systems (Ariba, Icertis, SpendSmart).
  • Strong proficiency in Figma administration and design tooling management.
  • Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent documentation and process management skills.
