    • What You’ll Do

  • Handle mid-to-advanced cloud systems engineering across Microsoft and network environments.
  • Manage deployments, migrations, and configuration for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Work with Intune, MFA, Conditional Access, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and related tools.
  • Support and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and secure network connectivity.
  • Monitor and maintain backups and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Document systems clearly and communicate effectively with both clients and teammates.
  • Participate in a light after-hours rotation (rare due to strong proactive design).

    • Who You Are

  • 5+ years of hands-on IT experience in Microsoft environments.
  • Prior experience in an MSP or multi-client setting (understands the pace and variety).
  • Skilled in Windows servers / workstations, Intune, MFA, Active Directory, and M365 migrations.
  • Confident managing firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, and networking fundamentals.
  • Calm under pressure, strong communicator, and naturally detail-oriented.
  • Bonus : PowerShell / automation skills, AEC industry exposure, or BCDR experience.
