Key Responsibilities
Engage customers through inquiry response and proactive outreach to demonstrate product usage
Meet or exceed goals for customer inquiry response and engagement via phone, email, and chat
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent required
1 - 3 years of customer support or account management experience required
Availability from 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday
Typing speed of 60+ words per minute required
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office strongly preferred
