The Primary purpose is to manage and utilize Salesforce software development in the manner which provides the business the greatest return on investment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Review and provide best practices for implementation of software development.
- Set-up and configure new Salesforce instances.
- Define and set up contact information within Salesforce.
- Define reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Execute reports and dashboard configurations.
- Develop workflow automation utilizing process builders.
- Configure data integration with the AS400 system.
- Works closely with Inside Sales personnel regarding product knowledge and sales instances.
- Project management.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree of a minimum of 5 years of US working experienceMust have 3-5 years of Salesforce developer experienceMust have two core Salesforce certificates - Salesforce Platform Developer I and Developer IIHands-on experience in the configuration of Salesforce modules to enable business functionsWorking experience in the Salesforce administration moduleProficient in Salesforce database.Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work with all levels of management, both internally and externally.Experience working directly with client resources, either internally or externally.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to direct and recommend cost-effective, creative solutions.Ability to manage priorities and workflow.Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.Acute attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS :
