Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support.
• Analyze application portfolios, identify dependencies and common infrastructure platform components, and assess migration feasibility.
• Architect hybrid AWS and on-premises solutions.
• Guide customers on architecture choices and inform them of best practices to adopt AWS efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ensure success in building, migrating, and deploying applications, software and services on the AWS platform.
• Brief senior executive teams on customer progress of adopting AWS and define future platform requirements for onboarding and migration to AWS.
• Author AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers.
• Share best-practice knowledge among the AWS solutions architect community.
• Engage with developers, system administrators, software architects, project managers, directors, and C-level customers to define cloud strategies and deployments.
• Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and ensure that solutions are designed for successful deployment on AWS.
