Landscaping Supervisor AI Trainer

A company is looking for a First-Line Supervisor of Landscaping, Lawn Service, and Groundskeeping Workers - AI Trainer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI model outputs related to landscaping and groundskeeping tasks

Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect industry practices

Provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of workplace tasks

Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of professional experience in landscaping, lawn service, or groundskeeping

Experience in establishing and enforcing operating procedures and work standards

Ability to schedule work based on priorities and availability

Experience in inspecting and maintaining the condition of plants and soil

Familiarity with training workers in relevant landscaping tasks
