Job Description :
Support database marketing initiatives by integrating and analyzing data across Eloqua and Salesforce, ensuring structured segmentation, taxonomy governance, and campaign optimization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Assist in building database marketing roadmaps for new projects.
- Organize and structure acquisition data from Salesforce and activate campaigns via Eloqua.
- Manage data structure, governance, and taxonomy adjustments.
- Perform segmentation and test campaign effectiveness.
- Create and test dashboards in Power BI.
- Participate in weekly 1 : 1s and team meetings for alignment and collaboration.
Requirements : Must-Haves :
3 years of database marketing and analytics experience.
Nice-to-Haves :
CDP implementation experience (Hightouch preferred).
