Per Diem Pediatrician

• We are seeking a Pediatrician to provide per diem coverage in our outpatient offices in Orange County
• Offices include Huntington Beach, Irvine, Fountain Valley, Newport Beach
• Schedule: 2-3 days per month - can work full days or half. Opportunity to work more days if available.
• Openings Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Physician Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. degree required
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of California
• Current, Unrestricted California state specific DEA license
• Board Eligible or Board Certification appropriate for degree certified within five years of finishing training.
• Meets all requirements in order to obtain medical staff membership and required privileges.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment.

The expected base salary range for this position located in Newport Beach, CA is $125/hour. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Pediatric Associates offers are based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's education, work experience, and certifications, all of which are dependent on the requirements of the specific role.
