We are looking for a hands-on Mitigation Manager with strong restoration leadership experience who takes pride in the work, leads ethically, and understands that customer service, safety, documentation, and profitability all work together.

This is a field-focused leadership role for someone who sees what needs to be done, plans ahead, and takes actionwithout shortcuts and without ego.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support mitigation technicians in the field
• Plan and schedule water, fire, mold, and trauma jobs
• Visit job sites daily to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Review documentation (notes, photos, moisture maps, sketches) for billing and compliance
• Communicate with property owners and insurance adjusters
• Train, coach, and hold the team accountable
• Enforce safety standards and procedures
• Oversee warehouse, vehicles, and equipment
• Ensure vendor program compliance
• Serve as backup on-call and first responder as needed

Required Experience & Certifications

• IICRC certifications:
  • Water Restoration (WRT/ASD)
  • Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT)
  • Mold Remediation (AMRT or equivalent)
• Experience in restoration operations, mitigation management, or field supervision
• Strong knowledge of IICRC standards, documentation, and job profitability
• Ability to manage multiple jobs without becoming overwhelmed
