Job Responsibilities :

Work with Customer Success team to ensure successful completion of project milestones for production Go-live, initial rollout phase of the project, and Hypercare sign-off   Communicate progress and expectations, proactive risk-management and escalation for awareness and resolution Support clients through go-live process and play key role in promoting solution adoption and usage Provide regular and adequate end user feedback to the product team Job Requirements :

Systems implementation skills :

Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, delivery and documentation skills Experience with Case Management Systems (CMS) like Litify, Filevine, Smart Advocate, Neos or Meruscase CBAP certification is highly desirable Personal Attributes we are looking for :
