A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound communications
Maintain and update customer account information while resolving issues and scheduling delivery orders
Support the set-up of new customer accounts and perform soft collections for past due accounts
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 or more years of customer service experience
Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship
