Venture Dynamics is currently seeking a Fabrication Design Engineer; you will be responsible for designing and developing fabrication processes and procedures for our products. You will work closely with our production team to ensure the efficient and effective fabrication of our products, while also continuously seeking ways to improve our processes and increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop fabrication processes and procedures for new and existing products
• Collaborate with production team to ensure designs are practical and achievable
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for fabrication processes
• Oversee the fabrication process and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Ensure all designs and processes meet safety and quality standards
• Work closely with suppliers to source necessary materials and equipment
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in fabrication technology
• Train and mentor junior fabrication engineers and technicians
