Job Title : Joint Trench Program Manager

Location : Denton, Texas

Job Summary :

  • Join our team as a Joint Trench Program Manager, where you'll lead the charge in expanding our client's fiber network in new residential and mixed-use developments. Your role will be pivotal in building relationships and securing opportunities for joint trenching, ensuring swift deployment and customer growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Cultivate strong connections with developers, contractors, and city officials to identify new project opportunities.
  • Scout and assess new developments using local insights and direct outreach.
  • Collaborate with builders to secure joint trench participation and align construction efforts.
  • Represent our client at meetings and site visits, advocating for joint trenching initiatives.
  • Act as the main point of contact between external partners and internal teams.
  • Track development opportunities, timelines, and key contacts in a centralized system.

    • Skills Required :

  • 3+ years in land development, telecom, utilities, or construction coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of fiber deployment and joint trenching practices.
  • Experience working with residential developers and builders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
