Responsibilities :

Supervise and support paint / prep teams during assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality output.

Maintain production schedules to ensure timely project completion and operational efficiency.

Enforce safety, OSHA / EPA compliance, and company procedures, upholding industry standards.

Inspect work for quality and accuracy, ensuring all processes meet client expectations.

Provide hands-on support with prep, masking, priming, and painting tasks as required.

Train and coach technicians while completing shift reports, roll calls, and necessary documentation for transparency and accountability.

Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in aviation or aerospace sectors.

Strong knowledge and understanding of aircraft paint processes.

Competency in reading work instructions and managing workflow effectively.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate team success.

Ability to work safely with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in aircraft environments, including heights and confined spaces.

Preferred :

Experience in corporate jet or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facilities.

Certifications in aircraft painting or refinishing.
