A company is looking for an Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to onboard EDI / API integration needs
Manage customer onboarding, growth, and retention through integration services
Coordinate all stages of customer integration from initiation to testing and final publication
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Logistics, Information Technology, or equivalent
Three years of professional experience in freight forwarding and logistics onboarding EDI / API
Experience with common integration services in the freight forwarding space
Preferred experience with CargoWise as a core freight and brokerage system
Ability to manage priorities and customer-centric solutions delivery
