Data Catalog Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately set up and maintain new customer accounts in the system.
• Enter, update, and maintain catalog information, ensuring data is consistent and current.
• Regularly audit catalog data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Create, update, and manage product lists within the catalog, including new item additions, price updates, and descriptions.
• Ensure catalog items meet company standards for formatting, descriptions, and data quality.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to verify and update product information.
• Generate reports and summaries as needed to support catalog and customer data requests.
• Document data entry processes, catalog updates, and customer setup guidelines.
• Work closely with sales, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure that catalog data aligns with company needs and supports customer satisfaction.
• Assist with ad hoc data requests and projects related to catalog management.
