Our team builds and operates the foundational database technologies that power the world's fastest-growing startups and largest enterprises. We are the critical layer where data meets possibility, enabling customers to build and scale applications that millions of people depend on every day. We are looking for an exceptionally organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support three directors within our organization. In this role, you will be the operational backbone that enables our leaders to scale their impact and drive key initiatives. You will do more than just manage schedules and logistics; you are a force multiplier who anticipates challenges, streamlines complex processes, and acts as a central point of communication for a fast-paced global team. Your work will directly contribute to the success of a team shaping the future of the cloud. You will masterfully navigate competing priorities, manage intricate calendars for three executives across multiple time zones, and coordinate high-impact team activities. Basic qualifications :

• 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with executive level calendar management

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
