Part-Time Evening Cleaners Needed - Novi, MI & Surrounding Areas

Location : Novi, MI and nearby areas

Schedule : Monday - Friday evenings (typically starting around 6 : 00 PM)

Hours : 3-5 hours per shift

Pay : $14 / hour

Job Summary :

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Evening Cleaners to join our team in Novi, MI and the surrounding areas. This includes Farmington Hills, Commerce, Southfield, Wixom, West Bloomfield & Waterford. These positions are perfect for individuals looking for steady, flexible evening work in a professional cleaning environment.

Where You'll Work :

Our team provides cleaning services in a wide range of commercial environments, including :

  • Office and medical buildings
  • Surgery centers
  • Car dealerships
  • Schools and educational facilities
  • Warehouses and industrial spaces
  • Churches and other commercial properties

Every site is a little different, but our commitment to quality and professionalism remains the same!

Responsibilities :

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
  • Empty trash and recycling and replace liners
  • Wipe down high-touch surfaces like door handles and counters
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Follow all safety and cleaning procedures
  • Ensure areas meet company and client standards
  • Secure the facility and ensure lights and water are turned off at the end of each shift
  • Complete a nightly cleaning checklist using a free, GPS-enabled app on your phone

    • Requirements :

  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the job site
  • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50lbs
  • Must pass a background check
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not required - we provide training!
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during shifts
  • Comfortable working at night in indoor commercial environments and with cleaning chemicals
