Lead Full Stack Developer

Position Description :

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying modernized eCommerce solutions. You will be involved in complex projects working with smart, dedicated people, building forward-looking solutions and making an impact with both internal and client stakeholders

This position requires someone who is local to St. Louis, MO and willing to work hybrid.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

• Design and manage the end-to-end development of solutions, ensuring successful integration of all interfacing components.
• Develop and modernize complex applications.
• Lead the full software lifecycle development process, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance adhering to Client policies, security, and accessibility guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to provide direction for and contribute to development, implementation and rollout of solutions and consulting services.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

Live in the St. Louis, MO area and be willing to work on-site two days per week

Proven experience designing and developing eCommerce platforms

Proven experience as a team leader

Strong knowledge of open-source frameworks

Experience working directly with clients, offering exceptional customer service and ensuring timelines are met

Demonstrated expertise in React, NodeJS, TypeScript, Vue, and cloud technologies, preferably over 7 years of experience

Strong understanding of development best practices

Demonstrated experience as a productive reviewer of code, with an ability to coach others on the differentiation of style and correctness

Experience working in an AWS environment

Desired Skills :

Experience with Madusa.js
