Driver Requirements Valid CDL A license 6 months of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years OTR Company Drivers Top 10% of drivers earn $102,000

• per year Earn up to 68 CPM (including 8 CPM bonuses) Base pay : 50-60 CPM Base percentage pay : 31% up to 2 CPM in bonuses 5-7 days out , 34 hours at home Paid Flatbed tarping and load securement training Benefits & Perks $1,000 orientation pay $2,000 referral bonus $.01 for every mile your referral drives!
