ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2018, and today I have a small, close-knit team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation for the way I lead and support my own team now.

Community involvement is important to me—I participate in a variety of local events and support several charitable efforts throughout the year. Giving back is a big part of who we are.

I offer PTO, sick days, a Simple IRA, license reimbursement, and a healthy work–life balance. I want my team to feel supported both personally and professionally.

Our office is very family-oriented, outgoing, and team-driven. I’m looking for someone who fits well in that environment—someone who brings positive energy, communicates well, and ideally has experience or is already licensed.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Gwen Szmania - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
