About the Role :

A luxury home construction company based in Houston, TX is expanding into the franchise market and seeking a creative, mid-level Graphic Designer to lead the development of all marketing and branding materials. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a growing brand from the ground up-perfect for someone with a sharp design eye, strong initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities :

• Design and produce print and digital marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and franchise collateral.
• Create and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms-logos, typography, color palettes, and tone.
• Design and manage visual content for the company website, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Develop templates and creative assets for social media, t-shirts, signage, and other branded merchandise.
• Collaborate with company leadership to translate brand goals and values into high-quality visuals that resonate with customers.
• Support new franchise launches with marketing materials tailored to each market.
• Work proactively and manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines
