As a Security Officer - Bank Patrol in Mount Juliet, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Learn more : aus.com / earnmore. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a financial institution setting. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible throughout the location, and support a welcoming environment. Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and identifying potential concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help control access and report unusual activity.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance needs according to site protocols.
  • Collaborate with onsite personnel and law enforcement as needed to address incidents and / or emergencies.
  • Remain visible and approachable to assist employees, visitors, and / or customers with security-related questions or concerns.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
