Traveling Superintendent – Commercial Construction

We’re partnered with a reputable, growth-oriented General Contractor that’s seeking a Traveling Superintendent to join their field leadership team. This is an opportunity to work on diverse projects representing a general contractor known for quality, safety, and delivering on its promises.

What You’ll Do

Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through punch list

Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and inspections to ensure schedule and quality goals are met

Lead daily and weekly site meetings to drive communication and accountability

Enforce safety and compliance standards across all phases of the project

Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Design Teams to proactively solve issues before they become problems

Maintain accurate documentation—daily reports, schedules, and progress photos—to ensure smooth project delivery

What You Bring

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial ground-up and / or renovation projects

Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines

Deep understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management

Strong communication and leadership skills—able to represent the company professionally with clients and owners

Willingness to travel to project sites

OSHA 30 and strong working knowledge of construction technology and safety practices
