Pay Range : $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

What will you be doing?

As a Human Resources Specialist - HRIS, you will report to the Director of Total Rewards and support the HR needs of our growing company. Responsibilities include :

Providing support on HR initiative and projects

Providing HR information and support for audits

Corresponding with customers requiring assistance with password resets, login credentials, navigating the HRIS, and locating their employment profiles

Performing other HR related job duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Database admin or IT related experience preferred

2+ years of experience in Human Resources

Understanding of HR principles and programs

Experience with ADP preferred

High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook

Ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations

Ability to work independently
