Practice Focus : Defense Litigation – Complex / High-Value Personal Injury

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 5–7 years of strong litigation experience to join our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in complex and high-value personal injury defense litigation, with specific experience in areas such as oil & gas, trucking, and other large-scale defense matters.

Responsibilities :

• Handle all aspects of litigation from case inception to trial.
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions and discovery-related matters.
• Conduct and defend depositions, including expert and fact witnesses.
• Manage heavy caseloads and high-value defense litigation.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Qualifications :

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $140000– $200,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
