Pay : $18-$20 per hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Position Overview

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support the accounting teams for our client in Bradenton, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, numbers, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping and general accounting tasks
• Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets and accounting records
• Operate data terminals, calculators, and standard office equipment
• Provide clerical and interoffice support, including receiving and processing mail
• Manage invoicing and reconciliation for multiple departments
• Maintain strong and professional vendor relationships
• Assemble, sort, tabulate, and file financial and accounting data
• Verify claims and process orders and deposit slips
• Assist with payroll, vendor accounts, and procurement requests as needed
