Volt is immediately hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for immediate hire for a top manufacturing company in San Diego, CA .

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter , you will :

• Serve as the primary recruiting contact for the hiring manager
• Engage with hiring mangers continuously to understand recruiting needs and required skills for the requisitions
• Manage the candidate pipeline through effective sourcing strategies
• Manage the quality of prospective candidates that are presented
• Partner with business leaders and HR team members to develop and maintain effective relationships
• Ensure compliance with local recruitment policies and processes
• Track candidate process and minimize time to hire
• Understand and use the Workday HRIS and ensure up to date information for Hiring managers at all times
• Utilized recruiting tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards) to source candidates
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Ensure a positive candidate experience

This is a full-time 1–2-year temporary opportunity which requires to work on-site.

Schedule : Monday-Friday - 8am – 5pm.

The ideal candidate will have :

Pay Rate : $32.00 -38.00 per hour
