RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 (for Advocate Aurora teammates). Post-operative care for craniotomy patients. Patients undergoing cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries. Patients within our Comprehensive Stroke Program. High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients alongside medical overflow cases. Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based patient care utilizing the nursing process. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care. Apply clinical judgment and critical thinking for optimal patient outcomes. Contribute to a positive patient care experience throughout their journey. Be part of a supportive team culture that fosters connection through team-building activities and community outreach. Thrive in a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork, continuous learning, and patient-centered care . Utilize the nursing process for assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Recognize significant changes in patient conditions and respond proactively. Implement strategies to enhance patient safety and risk management. Coordinate discharge plans through interdisciplinary collaboration. Evaluate patient, team, and unit outcomes and take action as needed. Demonstrate effective communication and conflict resolution skills. Foster a culture of safety and report any incidents promptly. Engage in professional development activities for personal growth and mentorship opportunities. Current RN license in the applicable state and BLS certification from AHA. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Typically, 1 year of clinical nursing experience is preferred. Ability to provide holistic patient care with a focus on family needs. Proficiency in using electronic medical records and communication tools. Strong interpersonal skills for developing professional relationships. Excellent decision-making and critical thinking abilities. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, and perform various movements throughout the workday. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. from floor to waist and pushing with up to 30 lbs. of force. Exposure to chemical hazards and infectious materials; protective equipment must be utilized as necessary. Functional ability in speech, vision, hearing, and fine motor skills for procedures.

- Base compensation is determined by qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and training.
- Premium pay available for shift work and on-call duties.
- Incentive pay for select roles.
- Potential for annual increases based on performance.
Benefits Include :
Schedule Details : 3rd shift with 8 and 12-hour rotation, every third weekend rotation and holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift.
