Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of 4 direct reports, providing guidance and coaching

Build and govern a centralized payroll knowledge base

Serve as a functional expert for SAP ECP payroll configuration and processing

Required Qualifications

Strong experience as an SAP ECP Payroll Configuration Consultant

3-5+ years of hands-on payroll and configuration experience

Deep understanding of payroll processing, taxes, and controls

Experience managing knowledge bases or documentation

Interest in people leadership and team development
