Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate coverage options across Home, Auto, Umbrella, General Liability, Commercial Auto, and more. Prepare and present competitive quotes from multiple carriers. Cross-sell additional lines of coverage to existing clients. 2+ years of experience selling or servicing Personal and / or Commercial Lines insurance. Active Property & Casualty License. Strong understanding of standard coverage for both individuals and small-to-mid-size businesses. Experience working with multiple carriers and quoting platforms. Proficiency in Applied Epic. Ability to work in office. Base salary to 70k / year plus commission. 3 weeks PTO, paid holidays, and your birthday off. Medical reimbursement and Simple IRA with 3% match.
