Arc Health is seeking compassionate and mission-driven Advanced Practice Providers (PA or NP) to provide women s health exams, prenatal care, and outpatient primary care services at an IHS facility in the heart of northwestern Minnesota. This is an exceptional opportunity to serve a Tribal community while working in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Position Details

Location : Cass Lake, MN

Commitment : Minimum weeks, with an opportunity to extend

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM, no call

Patient Load : patients per day

EHR System : RPMS

Compensation : Highly competitive, based on experience

Licensure Requirement : Any state license accepted

We are seeking providers who are passionate about rural, Tribal, and underserved healthcare; experienced in women s health and primary care; comfortable managing patients with multiple chronic conditions; and dedicated to health equity and community-based care.

Requirements

Certified APP

Active medical and DEA licenses (any state)

No practice gap over six months prior to assignment

COVID-19 vaccination and boosters

Background check and fingerprinting
