Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Communications Assistant. This position is designed for recent graduates or those looking to start a career in communications public relations or marketing. The Entry Level Communications Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our communications department by assisting in the creation and dissemination of information that promotes and enhances our organizations image.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms newsletters and websites.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities.
  • Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities in communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
