A company is looking for a Senior Technical Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly close activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analyses for revenue and capitalized software development
Support the preparation of financial statements for audits and assist with annual financial audits
Develop and implement process improvements to streamline revenue recognition and enhance internal controls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition rules under U.S. GAAP
Experience with financial ERP / general ledger systems; NetSuite experience is a plus
CPA is highly desired, but not required
