Your Mission (First Shift)

• Program efficient, reliable CNC code in Mastercam 2026 for vertical / horizontal milling and turning across 3, 4, and 5 axes.
• Turn drawings, sketches, and design data into optimized tooling selections and complete manufacturing processes.
• Design workholding / fixtures to process complex parts safely and repeatably.
• Create setup sheets, detailed process drawings, and tooling lists that operators can trust.
• Support setups, operate machinery when needed, and make fine adjustments to maintain tight tolerances.
• Provide technical direction for large, multi-operation projects moving through the shop.
