Field Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop project plans with milestones and resource assignments.
• Provide necessary program direction for planning organizing developing and integrating projects across multiple functional areas.
• Assigning schedules supplies and equipment to staff members
• Equipment inventory cycles for all field service vehicles
• An ability to communicate with the traveling public co-workers contractors and inspectors clearly and confidently.
• Traveling to customer sites and evaluating Traffic Control Supervisors and Flaggers
• Helping employees to improve and tracking employee progress
• Maintaining all rules safety standards and responsibilities
• Submitting necessary reports to all stakeholders (senior leadership HR dispatch billing)
• Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization.
• Responding to all on-call tasks and supporting Traffic Control Supervisors under your supervision.
• Lead project meetings prepare meeting agenda and minutes and follow up on action items.
• Maintain files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
• Evaluate and assess project results and provide recommendations for future improvement.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Bending stooping climbing lifting up to 75 pounds

Pre-employment drug screen

80% in field setting 20% in office setting

The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to the full range of medical financial and / or other benefits dependent on the level and position offered.
