Associate Producer

A company is looking for an Associate Producer to support the execution of high-visibility fall product launches.

Key Responsibilities

Support senior production leads with daily project updates and clear communication across teams

Maintain daily trackers to provide visibility into project status, timelines, and deliverables

Act as a central point of contact for asset management and coordinate team meetings and reviews

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in creative production or project coordination

Experience supporting product launches or large-scale marketing campaigns

Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Familiarity with post-production workflows and asset management tools
