Tennessee Licensed Senior Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to manage complex litigation and legal matters remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support a legal team, ensuring high standards of production and service

Draft and file motions, conduct depositions, and advocate in court as necessary

Mentor and develop future leaders within the legal department

Required Qualifications

Ten (10) years of litigation practice experience

Substantial experience in various legal subject areas including employer liability and jury trials

Two (2) years of supervisory experience

License to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

Strong ethics and professional conduct background
