Job Description

The Scheduler is responsible for managing the schedule for creative resources within the Mill New York studio. They must work in collaboration with our in-house Producers to champion the welfare and career development of The Mill’s most important asset : people.

The Scheduler must have an in-depth understanding of The Mill’s services. Their key responsibility is to work closely with the Producers in order to maximize the resources of the company and ensuring that the job is scheduled in a timely manner and with enough time to effectively complete all work.

Main Responsibilities :

• Managing the Creative teams by scheduling resources in line with the needs of the Producer and Client. This includes liaising with Producers, analyzing the brief of the project and carefully allocating resources appropriately.
• Maximizing revenue by scheduling work between the disciplines and suites efficiently.
