A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Recruiter to manage the recruitment of Senior Loan Officers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for Senior Loan Officer candidates
Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand market priorities and resource needs
Maintain the talent pipeline and provide updates to stakeholders on recruitment activities
Required Qualifications
Significant experience in recruiting loan officers and sales roles
Proficiency with Google Suite and ATS platforms
Ability to validate candidates' mortgage production using data sources
Experience in drafting job specifications and managing job postings
Commitment to professionalism and maintaining a diverse team
