How you’ll *create opportunities* in this Lead Technical Writer position : Lead the develop of documentation for all CLA applications.* Oversee CLA’s internal ‘Wiki,’ ensuring business groups have easy access to critical information, artifacts, and onboarding materials.* Review technical and business documentation, including escalation playbooks, knowledge articles, and process documentation.* Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and understand technical concepts.* Collaborate closely with technical teams, business groups, and leadership to ensure documentation meets diverse user needs.* Review documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.* Solicit feedback from users, support teams, and other stakeholders to improve documentation continuously.* Ensure that technical documentation complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and firm policies.* Responsible for documentation strategies, ensuring clarity and usability for technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Develop documentation plans outlining the scope, objectives, and timelines for creating and updating technical documentation.* Lead and mentor junior technical writers, providing guidance and support. Requirements 6 years of relevant experience required. as a technical writer* Bachelor's degree is required.
