We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for staff, clients, and visitors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
  • Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed, including visitor check-in and badge issuance.
  • Support other departments with clerical duties as necessary.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
