Trauma Program Director

What qualifications you will need :

• BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC and ENPC
• Florida Registered Nurse licensure
• Trauma Nursing Core Course, or TNCC Instructor
• Strong computer and hospital informatics skills : Microsoft Office Familiarity with American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma requirements
• Strong networking abilities and public speaking skills
• Excellent customer service skills ability to communicate with patients, physicians, and staff as appropriate
• Attend TOPIC course within one year of hire
• Minimum of 3 years recent leadership experience in Trauma nursing to include Project management and Trauma Performance Improvement Clinician Quality / Performance Improvement preferred
• Manager or Director level experience required
