Description :

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laundry Aide to join our team on weekends. This position is responsible for ensuring that all resident laundry and facility linens are properly washed, dried, folded, and returned in a timely and sanitary manner. The Laundry Aide plays an important role in supporting the comfort and well-being of our residents.

  • Every Saturday & Sunday
  • 7 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM (7.5 hours / day, 15 hours per week)

Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collect, sort, and process soiled laundry from resident rooms and facility areas
  • Operate commercial washers and dryers according to established procedures
  • Fold, organize, and distribute clean laundry and linens to appropriate areas
  • Ensure proper labeling and return of personal laundry to the correct resident
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room
  • Report any malfunctioning equipment or safety concerns to maintenance or supervisor
  • Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation policies at all times

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous laundry, housekeeping, or related experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks (bending, lifting, standing)
  • Good time management and ability to work independently
  • Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail
  • Friendly and respectful demeanor when interacting with residents and staff
