A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to build and manage client relationships across a dedicated book of business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships from post-installation through the contract lifecycle
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present performance insights
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while addressing risks to reduce churn
Required Qualifications
Three to five years of experience in client success management or account management
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Experience with Salesforce for managing account data and analyzing metrics
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience in startup or technology-driven environments is a plus
