Capital Projects Manager

A company is looking for a Capital Projects Manager to oversee manufacturing process improvement projects in the Midwest region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the identification, development, and execution of capital improvement projects

Oversee project schedules, costs, and compliance with safety and quality standards

Facilitate communication and provide technical assistance to plant management and engineering staff

Required Qualifications

3+ years of manufacturing experience

In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies

Experience in quality control / maintenance in a manufacturing setting

Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and project management software

Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
