BODY20 is a boutique fitness studio combining personal training with FDA-cleared Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology. Our workouts help members build muscle, burn calories, and achieve their goals—all without heavy weights or joint strain.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through EMS sessions, offering encouragement and feedback while tailoring workouts to their goals.
• Document progress and personalize member programs.
• Administer InBody evaluations to track results.
• Prepare and maintain EMS suits, equipment, and the studio.
• Deliver exceptional service to encourage member referrals.
• Obtain and maintain EMS certification (provided at no cost).

Physical Requirements

• Perform essential tasks like standing, walking, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs during studio operations or workout demonstrations.
