A company is looking for an AR Collections Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Reviews accounts to identify past due balances and determine collections actions

Contacts customers to offer payment assistance and communicate billing information

Manages service suspensions and processes orders to restore services upon payment

Required Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited High-School or GED equivalency program

Classes taken or graduation from a college or university in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in customer service, contact center, or banking environment

Strong understanding of computer technology and cloud-based systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
