Air Duct Cleaning Technician

Duct-Tec is seeking a dependable and hardworking Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, a great team environment, and plenty of room to grow within the company.

We service both residential and commercial clients, providing top-quality air duct and dryer vent cleaning. No prior experience is needed — we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

• Perform air duct and dryer vent cleanings in homes and commercial buildings

• Inspect ductwork for dirt, debris, damage, or mold

• Operate duct cleaning tools and vacuums (training provided)

• Maintain and organize equipment and company vehicle

• Educate customers on air quality solutions when appropriate

• Complete daily reports and documentation accurately

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics or crawl spaces

• Positive attitude and professional appearance

• Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• HVAC experience a plus, but not required
