Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) 7a-3p and 3p-11p NEEDED. EVERY OTHER WEEKEND

Location : Staten Island , NY

Job Type : LPN full time, 40 plus hours weekly, Starts ASAP, ongoing assignment, every other weekend required. 24-48 hour onboarding process if you have your documents ready to upload.

Rate : $45 hourly, WEEKLY PAY

Benefits : Overtime at 1.5x Hourly Rate, consistent, ongoing agency assignment with scheduled hours

Position Overview : As an LPN in our skilled nursing home facility, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient health, assisting with treatments, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Qualifications :

Valid LPN license in the state of New York

Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to adapt to various situations and prioritize effectively

Experience in a skilled nursing home or long-term care setting preferred

Key Responsibilities :

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor and document resident health status and communicate changes to appropriate team members

Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents' comfort and safety

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and charts

Provide emotional support to residents and their families
